    We are a new L/S Equity Hedge Fund, with 7 months (since Sept '07) of very good, all positive track record. We express our views using options strategies on highly liquid exchange traded Equity, ETFs and Indices.

    The Fund targets 15% to 20% Net annual returns, with low to negative correlation to the Equity markets.

    o delivered positive Net (2/20) returns every month since inception (7 months)
    o average monthly Net return: +3.46%
    o YTD: +13% Net, since Inception: +26.72% Net, Annualized: +45.80% Net
    o annualized Sharpe Ratio: 4.88
    o correlation to S&P 500 is -0.6, correlation to the Fund of Funds index is -0.76

    We are looking for a seed investor/partner to help us launch the fund.
    Equity in the fund is negotiable based on the size of investment.

    June update:

    YTD: +18.35% NET

    - We started trading in September 2007:
    o delivered positive Net (2/20) returns every month since inception (10 months)
    o average monthly Net return: +2.89%
    o average return in up market: +1.26%, average return in down market: +3.97%
    o YTD: +18.35% Net, since Inception: +32.71% Net, Annualized: +43.62% Net
    o annualized Sharpe Ratio: 4.27
    o correlation to S&P 500: -0.45, correlation to the Fund of Funds index: -0.64
    - Our strategy, by design strongly outperforms in down markets and performs well in up markets

    The fund will launch on October 1st, 2008. All trading is presently done via managed accounts. Accounting is done in-house; monthly broker statements are available on request.
