After the most recent cases of fraud and operational break downs investors, prime brokers and any other market participant can no longer afford ignoring due diligence. Our trainer in this course is Jacob H Schmidt a hedge fund expert who warned his clients as early as 2000 not to invest into Madoff Feeders due to serious due diligence concerns. He will focus on all aspects of proper due diligence, explain factors and highlight red flags in a due diligence process. He will use material from real cases of fraud and blow ups.
